FinOom and Board budget meeting Saturday, January 16 at 11:30 A.M., for the
1993 - 1994 fiscal budget.
Lorilee asked the board to be present for this meeting to appeal to FinCom
for the need for full time secretary /' program 'supervisor.
This position is crucial for the continuation, improvement, and expansion
of regular programs.
Discussion by the board - To show the need for this position and what will
suffer if this position is not filled.
Lorilee commented that one person cannot do it all.
Ron's comments - The Recreation Commission and Lorilee have worked very hard
to improve, create and expand programs and we have succeeded. The point now
remaining is just keeping the status quo.
The board agreed that Lorilee's time could be spent more on Administrative
and Park matters if a full time person is hired.

Bill and Betty commented that some programs will have to be eliminated.
Ray suggested we could use grafts showing the growth of programs over the
last five years.
The board will write down their ideas and thoughts so Ron and Lorilee can
put together a presentation for the FinCom meeting.
The Presentation will be divided into four parts.
1. What we have seen take place over the last five years.`
2. What we need just be maintain what we have now.
3. What our recommendations are.
4. Why we need this full time position.
Ron will be the spokes person from the Recreation Commission to make the
presentation to FinCom. All were in agreement.
