Minutes:
Minutes of -February -22-, 1993 accepted without change.
Executive session - Financial review for scholarship applicants postponed
until Chairman, Ron Reeves is in attendance.
Correspondence:
Mansfield Jaycees requested the use of Memorial Park for the Easter egg hunt
on Saturday, April 4th. They must sign a park agreement; application and
be advised of the parking, clean-up and park assistant. Vote 3-0 in favor.
Dennis Labon added to slate - Arts in the Park
The Common date to be determined.'
Letter received from "Together we can" organization: They would like to
hold a Town -wide 4Th of July celebration at Manorial Park, They asked if
the recreation department would be co-sponsors. 'Representatives from the
organization will meet with us at our March 22nd meeting.
Adjournment:
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Bill, seconded by Betty. All in
favor.
