Topic - Summer Camp Scholarship Allocations.
Lorilee told the board that she has to order the T -Shirts for
camp. The board needs to go over the scholarship requests for
this year. Color of T -Shirts this year is Lime Green.
WEEKS 1 = 8 Paid People
Week 1 7 spaces available Week 5 6 waiting list
Week 2 8 on waiting list Week 6 150 Kids
Week 3 13 on waiting list Week 7 2 on waiting list
Week 4 5 on waiting list Week 8 10 spaces
Ron and Lorilee discussed the request of scholarships (63-64) without going
through the list.' If we up the number of campers from 150 to 160 except
for week '3 this is what is available.
Week 1 17 spaces available Week 5 4 spaces available
Week 2 2 spaces available Week 6 10 spaces available
Week 3 0 spaces available Week 7' 8 spaces available
Week 4 5 spaces available Week 8 20 spaces available
Additional amount of paid campers will cover the cost of scholarship kids.
Lorilee will transfer $1400 from the revolving account to cover the extra
counselor ;that will be needed.
Maryanne suggested that we keep registration open to late paying people,
then open up to scholarship people.
Ray suggested that we make sure our expenses are covered. He doesn't want
to see a trend where we lose money and have more scholarship people than
paying people.
Ray motions to close off today's paying camper figures, increase campers
f to 160, The remaining numbers will go to'scholarships, Betty seconds. All
in favor.

Betty commented do all scholarship people receive only one week?
Lorilee answered that one week has always been traditional, but could change.
