He did not attend. Mansfield Sumner camp runs 8 weeks long - North Attleboro Summer Camp runs 9 weeks long. All our money for counselors canes from fees - North Attleboro money comes from town budget. T -Shirts are loaned to the children for some trips, not all. All our campers buy T -Shirts and wear them for all out of camp trips. North Attleboro Recreation Camp 750 Children register and only North Attleboro residents can go to camp. Mansfield Camp 160 campers but Mansfield is open to all communities on a first cane first serve basis. We also give scholarships to Mansfield families who cannot afford to send their children for a week. North Attleboro Registration fee is $65.00 per Child. They must be registered for camp to attend trips and then ,pay the trip cost. Many do not attend camp but register for camp to attend the trips. Trips are at an additional cost. Transportation They own their own bus and a 12 passenger van and also use the school department's busses when needed for trips. This is a great help in keeping the cost of the trips down. Mansfield offers more programs and trips for each week. Each camper signs up for each activity that they want to do the the following week. Transportation Mansfield has to pay for the busses. Mansfield is a summer camp, more structured in what the kids do everyday and safety is top priority in the camp.
