Attendees Present: Dave Leary; Chairman, Lynne McDonnell; Clerk,
Jim Leaverton, Charlotte Falkner, Danielle Fish
Lorilee Fish, Recreation Director
Kathy Codella, Assistant to the Recreation Director
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
2. Approval of Minutes:
Minutes of the Recreation Commission Meeting held on October 16, 2000.
Motion: By Charlotte Falkner to accept the minutes from October 16, 2000.
Seconded by Jim Leaverton. All in favor. Motion passes, 5-0.
3. Reservation Requests:
A. No official reservations have been requested.
B. The revised 2001 draft of the Field Reservation Form has been changed from, "All
leagues" to "All permit holders".
C. The field availability section has been revised.
D. Jim Leaverton has requested the following addendum to the Field Reservation Form,
Private/Profit Events/Leagues will be charged $10.00 per hour for field use, with a
minimum of 1.5 hours per reservation.

4. Tabled:
A. The Open Space Conservation Commission meeting has been postponed with no
scheduled
date.
B. The program participant policy for the Americans with Disabilities Act is on hold.
5. Questions and Comments:
None.
6. Old Business:
A. Fiscal year end June 30, 2000 ended with a Revolving Balance of $61,889.15.
7. New Business:
A. Decorating the South Common- School children and seniors,

B. The Commission discusses the sclectcd \ lunorial Park playground equipment and are in
full support of the choices.
C. A salamandersaurus has been ordered cith the S 1.500 donation from the Mansfield
Women of Today.
D. Lorilee and Dave Leary met kith Bi 11 \laher. Join) D"Agostino, and John Morretti
to clarify school policy on the prinrit\ u,c list.
E. Rodman has donated 53.000 lily 'nu l ,ummer camp scholarships.
8. Motion: By Jim Leaverton to adjourn. Seconded by Charlotte Falkner. All in favor.
Motion passes, 5-0.
