Youth has been raised $5 to cover increase in payroll. Adults show an increase only because of 5 classes vs. 6 this year in session 1. We are holding makeup classes each Monday from 8 to l l for rain makeup's and to offer a I lesson makeup due to a vacation. Attendance will be kept and one vacation makeup will be allowed each child. Should a child reach 8 lessons before the end of the session, their lessons are over. This should give the parents a little latitude w/vacations. Adult Softball + $170.53 Resident Non -Resident Adults Runs May 2 to August 22 $ 25,00 $ 35.00 Run by a volunteer. We do not charge him aerogram fee. Suggest we keep the volunteer and the fee the same. Adult Volleyball Summer League - Gift Account + $300. We did not run a league last year because we did not have an outside court due to the renovations at Memorial park. There is a league/program meeting scheduled for May 15 to determine how they would like it run. Previously we have charged $100 per team or $25 per person depending on the program format. Adult "3 on 3" and "5 on 5" - Gift Account + $110.70 2000 2001 Fee: "3 on 3" $150 per team - I l teams Fee: $150 $ 150.00 Fee: "5 on 5" $500 per team - 12 teams Fee: $500 $ 550.00 1 would suggest $550 per team. The "5 on 5" havi most (85%) of the expenses. Timers, scorers, Director, all payroll is going up. Suggest keeping "3 on 3" at $150 and raising the "S on S" to $S50.
