Attendees Present: Dave Leary; Chairman, Lynne McDonnell; Clerk
Charlotte Falkner, Danielle Fish
Excused Absence: Caren Levine
Lorilee Fish, Recreation Director
Kathy Codella, Assistant to the Recreation Director

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
2.
Approval of Minutes:
Minutes of the Recreation Commission Meeting held on February 26, 2001.
Motion: By Danielle Fish to accept the minutes from February 26, 2001.
Seconded by Lynne McDonnell. Allin favor. Motion passes, 4-0.
3.
Reservation Requests:
A. There have been no new reservation requests as of March S, 2001.
4.
Tabled:
A. The program participant policy for the Americans with Disabilities Act is
on hold.
5.
Questions and Comments:
None.

6. Old Business:
A. There has been no meeting scheduled to review the budget or revised CIP.
B. There is a meeting scheduled for April 6 with Doug Knotts to review the placement
of the Memorial Park playground equipment.
7. New Business:
A. Summer Program flyers will be mailed to the Commission March 12.
B. The Open Space Conservation Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday
March 12, 2001 following the Recreation Commission meeting.
8. Motion: By Dave Leary to adjourn. Seconded by Danielle Fish. All in favor.
Motion passes, 4-0.
9. Adjournment: 7:30 PM.
10. Next Commission Meeting: Monday April 9, 2001 at 6:00 PM.
