Board of Trustees Meeting - September 9, 2017

Treasurer's report. Treasurer's reports for December 2016 through August 2017 were
reviewed and approved.
Librarians' reports. The librarians' reports were reviewed and highlights discussed.
OLD BUSINESS
Staffing. Catherine discussed the staffing changes outlined in her report.
RFID. Tagging will be done September 18-22. In addition to library staff, there will be
volunteers from the high school, COA, and the community.
Veteran's Day. The library will close on Saturday, November 11.
Staffing. The board reviewed and approved the new j ob descriptions for Circulation
Services Supervisor and Library Technician, Circulation.
NEW BUSINESS
Librarians goals; long range plan. Catherine presented her drafts which were reviewed by
the board.
Next meeting. October 7. The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
