Board of Trustees Meeting - October 7, 2017

Treasurer's report. The treasurer's report was reviewed and approved.

Librarians' reports. The librarians' reports were reviewed and h WhA QM9JdT S
OLD BUSINESS
RFID. The system is running; tagging is largely complete but ongoing.
Staffing. Barbara will be retiring October 11; Darcy is replacing her and is already working
full time. Catherine has been conducting interviews to replace Darcy as a part time circulation
technician.
Five year plan. The library's long range plan has been submitted to the MBLC.
NEW BUSINESS
Winter holidays. Thanksgiving: the library will close at 5:00 p.m. November 22 and
remain closed on November 23. Christmas: closed December 25. New Year: closed January 1.
Next meeting. November 4. The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
