Minutes of Special Meeting
September 14, 1981
Interviews of Candiates for Director
Attending: Vernon, Hornung, Dauphinee and Chairman Flog
Interviews were conducted with Farrugia and Peterson (Barnes did
not show for her appointment)
After half hour or better interviews with each candidate it was
unanimously agreed to ask Gale Farrugia from North Attleboro to
serve as our Director for the balance of the 1981/82 fiscal year.
Chairman Flog was to call her later that evening to confirm this
appointment. We voted to ask her to report as soonas possible
and to work with Paula for a few days before Paula leaves.
It was also voted that a stipend be paid to her to carry
those few days until she would be officially on the payroll of
the Town - as of September 24. Stipend to be drawn from the "Gift"
account.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
