Minutes of Special Meeting
Held on August 25, 1981
Special meeting called by Chairman Flug because of the resignation
of Director Paula Kilby. Paula will work through 9/18 and is
leaving as of 9/24 after a few days vacation.
Called to order at 8 p.m. at Senior Center to discuss resignation
and the hiring of a new director.
After discussion of Job Description the advertisement for
the papers will read as follows:
35 hours - $8200
Program Development and Management
t_ Grant Writing and Management
Personnel Management Skills
Public Relations and Office Procedure
Budgeting
Degree in Public Relations and/or Business Administration
with courses in Sociology and Human Services is desirable
Comparable Experience will be considered
It was agreed that the advertising should be made immediately and that
ads be placed in the Globe, Sun,tMansfield News and possibly the
Providence Journal.
Replies to be expected by 9/8 or 9/15, read on 9/8 or 9/15 and
interviews by 9/14 or 9/21 (the dates depending on the ad placements)
Chariman Flug will take care of advertising
Meeting adjourned 9:15 p.m.
