Present: Linda Martinelli, Dorothy Fielding, Betty Mugford, Ruth
Noonan, Harry Nordberg and Bradley Dauphi.nee.
Meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm.
11, Brad Dauphinee stated that he was at Special Meeting under protest.
Minutes of Jan. 7th meeting read and approved.
Minutes of Jan. 10th meeting read and approved.
Minutes of Feb. 12th meeting read and approved.
Discussion to purchase tapes with money out of office supply fund,
this way we could have permanent record of what goes on or what is
said at meeting in case of any discrepancies. Motion by Dorothy
Fielding, seconded by Ruth Noonan. Motion passed.
Discussion was held on legality of exercise classes, Linda Martinelli
waiting for answer from town counsel.
Resume received from Debbie Demers, discussion followed and it was
voted to readvertise again in the Attleboro Sun so that we would have
more than one to vote on. We are also going to look over old resumes
that we have received at the next meeting, 2/26/80.
Invited to meet with the Building Committee on 3/13/80 at the Town
Hall. All voted to go.
A new set of job descriptions was handed out to all members. No
discussion, all passed and accepted.
All agreed to table letter from Senior Citizen's law practice to a later
date.
Bill received from Wheaton College for girl's wages at 30% - to gp
into Bi -weekly town warrant, amount $74.40.
Board called before Selectmen on 2/27/80.
Discussion about Ruth not being notified of change of meeeting night,
Linda said Paula was supposed to notify her. Ruth to find out from
Paula what happened at meeting.
Adjourned at 9:20 pm.
