Edith Cobb presented letter signed by fifteen (15) residents of
Bicentennial Court & Cedar Court for permission to use the
Minibus•to attend high school class play. The council feels
that the minibus -when used, should be made available to all the
Seniors in the community. Another reason this request cannot
be granted is that this isnot a DIC activity & we do not have
money in the budget. Ile have only $208.00 which must take care
of the repairs & gas for the minibus for the next three months.
Motion by Linda Martinelli/Edwedge McCausland to send written letter
telling the reasons why this request cannot be granted. Voted.
On trips: Motion by Dorothy Fielding/Edwedge McCausland to schedule
free trip to Quincy Market. Voted.
Council requests a letter be sent to High School for them to
notify the Council of future events when Seniors are invited to
attend for free. This would be considered as a DIC activity &
plans may be made to use the minibus.
Parking at Cedar Court to be studied so that the minibus can
turn around to pick up people there. Motion by Linda Martinelli/
Dorothy Fielding to do so. Voted.
Motion to adjourn, Edwedge McCausland/Linda Martinelli. Voted.
