A person net authorized by the Council or Gale made an announcement at BiCentenial Court that the Gatra Bus was being cancelled for the day. After much discussion it was voted by the Council to send a letter to BiCentenial Court advising them that the only person or persons authorized to cancel the operation of the GATRA Bus are the Director or Assistant Director at the Drop -In -Center.
