Bale informed the Board that the Town Manager and
Board of Selectmen had requested a member of the Board to be at
the Selectmen's meeting on November 27' 1999" After discussion
it was agreed that Joseph Corliss represent the Board at this
meeting. It was hoped that another member of the Board would be
able to attend and support him before the Board of Selectmen, if
it did not conflict with previous commitments" Pres. Hume was
unable to attend due to medical restrictions"
Bristol Elder Services is putting on a Fund Raiser
on March 1, 1990 at the Venus De Milo Restaurant in Seekonk. The
money raised is to be used to replace monies lost due to the
financial crises at the State and Federal levels" Many programs
will be underfunded in 1990 and this affair hopes to alleviate
as many hardships as possible` Senior Citizens are $12"00 per
person and those under 60 years are $15"00 per person. Tables of
ten persons can be booked but reservations are urged quickly if

this service. Gale was to submit the budget to the Town Manager,
for his review before the budget is submitted to the Finance
