The meeting was called to order by President Walgreen 7:40
pm.
A ,joint COA/Library Trustees meeting was held regarding
balance of funds for building to be used for roof, sound-
proofing of multi-purpose room, etc. before the end of the
Fiscal year. Steve MacCaffrie was in attendance to discuss
the problem with relationship to the multi-purpose room.
He suggested a drop ceiling. The COA board and Director
feels that this would take away from the visual affect of
the room. The COA Board feels that acoustical ceiling panels
would be much more effective and visual pleasing.
Steve gave the board several names of Acoustical contractors
that might do the job. We will look into the feasibility of
getting something done. However, time is short and this does
take a great amount of work. Another meeting will be held
with Library to discuss problems and solutions.

accepted. Correspondence was read.
