Meeting called to order at 7:30.
Motions to approve January Board meeting minutes and Budget
Status and Warrants by J.Cucinotta; second, J.Folan. So
voted.
Treasurer's Report: $258.74 in the Gift Account
DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Final payment sent to Harding Acoustical for work completed
in MultiPurpose Room.
Arthur Remillard will resume duties Feb. 22.
Legislative Breakfast to be held Feb. 12 at Dighton COA.
Director itemized the number of clients assisted with United
Way funds during 1992. These included: 61 Food vouchers, 15
Electric, 8 Gas, 4 Oil and 2 Rent.
ASST. DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Van usage: 822 miles in January; 434 passengers
645 individuals attended Center activities.
The Mansfield Jaycees donated a large quantity of paper
products for use at the Center,
OLD BUSINESS
G.Farrugia and J.Eppes met with Finance Committee to review
proposed COA budget. No objections to shifting of Outreach
Worker from Special Services to Technical Support. Finance
Committee suggested possibility of additional part time
support in the area of Social Services.
NEW BUSINESS
Congressman Barney Frank will be attending Legislative
Breakfast on Feb. 12.
Valentine's Day party on Feb. 12.
Motion to adjourn J.Folan. Second M.Butler.
