Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM.
Motion to approve March Board meeting minutes. Unanimously
approved.
Motion to approve Budget Status, Warrants and Treasurer's
Report: $213.55 in the Gift Account. So voted.
DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
Integrated Housing Seminar sponsored by Rep. Barbara Hyland
was well attended and informative. Senior concerns were
aired . Proposals to assure safety discussed.
New GATRA van, modified for extra wheelchair seating
delivered to COA.
Janet McCauley, thru VERSACARE, will provide group
counseling starting in September.
Town meeting: April 25 - All urged to attend.
Grant Proposal - Funding for elder outreach and purchase of
excercise equipment for Seniors.
Upcoming Events: April 15- Spring Tea
April 21- Attleboro Area Volunteer Day
May 2 - May Breakfast -Maypole dancing
May 20 - COA Volunteer Recognition Lunch
May 26 - Governor's Conference

Custodial position update - Gale and Leslie met with
D.Clifford to clarify supervision and other details of
D.Mercier's position.
COA/Library Joint Meeting - May 10 at 7:30 at the COA.

Podiatry Clinic - Information regarding liability
Walking Club - 18+ members actively participating
