COA Chairperson, Jack Folan, stated that the Board had not been aware of the use of the room by Mrs. Vaughn. When it was brought to the attention o? the Board, that the room was being used by a "for-profit" organization, the Board, after much deliberation, voted to limit the use of the facility to "not-for-profit" organizations only. Options suggested: Library and/or COA could sponsor the performances for the public. Policy could be amended to state facility could only be used for "non-profit activity." Decision about policy will be made in conjunction with the Library Board on December 2, 1995 Joint Meeting. Beth Wood announced she will not be requesting to be re -appointed to Board. Her term will expire in January 1996. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm. Next meeting will be held on Saturday, December 2, 1995 at 9:00 am with the Library Board.
