Old Business: - Sherri brought to the Commission her idea of putting in a Dog Park and requesting the money at the next CIP meeting. She looked at the site off Oak Street and was to meet with Mark Cook about the details, but the meeting was moved to next month. - Mitch hasn't heard any more about the Open Space and Recreation Plan meetings. - Sherri updated the Commission about Trevor Humphrey's complaints on the Duck Race. Mr. Humphrey attended the Conservation meeting to air his complaints before them. Katelyn Goyner, Conservation Agent, sent an email with notes about the meeting regarding Mr. Humphrey's complaints. The end result of Mr. Humphrey's complaints is that the net at the end of the race will be doubled to catch more ducks and prevent them from littering Mr. Humphrey's lawn and other residents in the area. Katelyn will be on site during the Duck Race for 2018 to make sure the area is properly cleaned up and monitor the "ducks" as they float down the stream and see if she feels there is any environmental impact on the wildlife along the stream to Kingman's Pond and around Fulton's Pond. - Sherri met Travis Armes, Game Time, at the Plymouth Street Playground to measure the playground space again. After measuring it, Mr. Armes reconfigured the placement of some of the equipment to better fit the space. The price increased to $107,000 because additional wood fiber needed as the space was bigger than first thought. - Officer Kinehan drove with Sherri back to Plymouth Street to view the new signage. They both agreed there is plenty of signage now and should be no confusion to the parking and the speed limit in the area. 4.
