John Larch presented the proposal he would like to offer the production bargaining unit in contract negotiations. * Motion to authorize Mr. Larch to offer the proposal to the bargaining unit by Jim Wills, 2nd by Sandra Levine. Opposed John McNair So Voted 4/1 * Motion to adjourn at 11:15 P.M. by Sandra Levine, 2nd by John Dunn.
