Present at the meeting were: John Dunn, James Wills,
Richard D'Onofrio, John Mc Nair, John Larch, Charwick
Maurer and Paul Kenny (Labor Attorney).
Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss collective
bargaining by James Wills, 2nd by Richard D'Onofrio.
So Voted 4/0
Motion out of Executive Session
Presentation of Power Supply by Russ Miner and Craig Horneck
of MMWEC Staff.
John Dunn and Sandra Levine departed.
Motion to adjourn at 9:45 P.M. by John McNair, 2nd ny James
Wills.
