Water Department had suggested a two-step installation procedure:

➢. Copy of Zoning Board of Appeals' Special Permit granted to
Theodore Copparini to allow parking of 16 school buses on a
parcel of land on Hope Street.
It was agreed that this should be investigated further to be
sure that no wetlands were violated.
Mrs. Jellinek - Circle C, West Street: Mrs. Jellinek brought to
the Commission's attention the prese-ice of an "open gravel pit"
on Lot No. 10 of this subdivision. Lot No. 10 abuts a wetland
and Mrs. Jellinek's suggestion is that this lot be brought to
grade. Chairwoman Royle and Coms. Sheehan and Sweet will
investigate this situation on Tuesday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Matthew - Tanya Drive: The Matthews, who are consid-
ering the purchase of Lot No. 18, Tanya Drive, were interested in
the status of this lot vis a vis the Commission. Upon checking
the Magna Vista II file, the Commissioners informed the Matthews
that this lot has been released from Conservation Commission
control but that any work within 100 feet of the swampy area at
the rear of this lot would require a determination of the
applicability of the Wetlands Protection Act by the Commission.
Home Developers - Gravel Removal Project: Chairwoman Royle stated
that Ralph Maloon has offered to conduct the Commissioners on a
tour of the site of the proposed gravel removal project. It was
agreed that this would be beneficial and Chairwoman Royle will
schedule such an on-site inspection with Mr. Maloon.

site inspection of Grant Pond conducted by Chris Tilden on Oct. 23,
1981, Chairwoman Royle read aloud Paul Anderson's letter concerning
this project (File No. SE211-52).

Senator Locke. David Benjamin ofthe MANSFIELD NEWS inquired whether
the blacktopping around the road salt storage shed should have been
