5. Note from J.W. Pratt of Bonfatti and Company, Norwood,
enclosing plot plan of Norfolk Street parcel which he is
appraising.
MOTION: To send a letter to Mr. Pratt informing him that
if the development in question on Norfolk Street
will not cause any greater impact than that

require a new Wetland Protection Act Hearing.

Mrs Jellinek - Road Salting: Mrs. Jellinek urged the Commission
to suggest that the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board
follow Wrentham's lead in writing to the Mass. DPU requesting
that they refrain from salting any State roads close to Town wells.
This would probably pertain to Route 95 over Plain Street since
this is near the Witch Pond Wells. Mrs. Jellinek suggested that
even if the State should ignore such a request, the Town would at
least be on record protesting such salting and would, therefore,
have financial recourse to the State should the Witch Pond Wells
become contaminated. Com. Sweet observed that in order to present
this as a feasible suggestion to the State, it should be requested
by all the towns along Route 95. Mrs. Jellinek volunteered to
ascertain whether any or all of these towns have wells within the
Route 95 vicinity.
David Fouracre Bristol Arms Stream Cleaning Project: David
Fouracre, 73 Stearns Avenue, listed three main concerns regarding
this work:
1. He stated that the culvert was not completely cleaned.
2. He feels the elevation of the stream leading out of the
retention area is too high.
3. He expressed concern about the traffic travelling on
Erik Road (and through the retation area).
MOTION: To send a letter to Edward Stivaletta informing him that
the Commission cannot issue a Certificate of Compliance
for this project until the culvert is completely cleaned
of debris and silt as stipulated in Order No. 18 of the
Commission's Order of Conditions. VOTED

follow this matter closely and would contact the Whites as soon
as they learned anything further on this matter.

to request they appear before the Commission on Monday,
