Although she had been authorized by an August 11, 1980 vote'. of the Commission to discuss this matter with DEQE personnel and to write whatever letters she deemednecessary after such conversations, Chairwoman Webb was of the opinionthat a new hearing should be required after talking with Chris Tildon of DEQE and she felt that such a decision should not be made by her alone. Chairwoman Webb outlined; her conversations with Chris Tildon to the Commission and made her recommendation that anew hearing be required for any filling of Lot Nos. 11,;12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 since it ;appeared to her (and apparently to the State as well) that the initial Notice of Intent submitted for this project only included the relocation of the brook and perhaps the drainage for the subdivision. After much discussion and study of the t plans for the project, the following motion was made. MOTION: To ,require Rewlew Trust to file a Notice of Intent and to submit plans; for the filling of Lot Nos. 11,[12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
