Minutes:
MOTION: To accept the Minutes of March 29, 1982 as written.
(Durbano - Johnson; all in favor) VOTED
Cabot Pond/Willow Street Water Mains: Allen Willis, accompanied
by Robert Chavaree, requested that the Commission approve two changes
in the Willow Street portion (File No. SE211-78) of the Town's
water main replacement program. These two changes, which Mr.
Willis stated had been approved by Whitman & Howard and the
contractor for the project, are as follows:
1. The last culvert easterly on Willow Street* shall be
in stalled immediately adjacent to (westerly) the existing
culvert. The culvert' shall be a 57" X 38" steel corrugated
pipe.* (Mr. Willis explained that he was offering the
use of his property for this purpose in order to simplify
the installation of this culvert.)
2. The second pipe east of Match Line E -E, a 103" X 71" steel
corrugated plate culvert* shall be installed lower than
elevation 122'. (Mr. Willis assured the Commission that
the lowering of this pipe will not permanently affect the
normal 122' flow of Cabot Pond since flash boards will
maintain this 122' flow.)
MOTION: To approve these two changes and to send a confirming
memo to Town Manager Maurer, noting that the Commission
has not yet received the filing number of the Order of
Conditions at the Registry of Deeds and that Order 12,
the submittal of a revised plan before work begins, has
not been accomplished and requesting that these matters
be addressed in order to complete the Commission's file
on this project.

Mansfield Housing Authority - Bicentennial Court:
MOTION: To issue the usual Order of Conditions together with the
following conditions for this project (File No. SE211-83):
1. All drainage and retention areas on site shall be
maintained to insure their design capabilities to
handle flow or retention.

Little League Complex: An on-site inspection of the West
Mansfield Little League complex was scheduled for Thursday,
April 22, 1982, at 6:00 PM.
Adjournment;
MOTION: To adjourn this meeting and to schedule the next meeting
in a suitable location (perhaps the Selectmen's Room)
due to the Downtown Advisory Committee's planned use of
the entire meeting room.
