a wetland violation due to the construction of a gravel road over
a stream and the laying of a large pipe O ft.• concrete) into the
stream. Mr. Audet is constructing a gravel road rising to the back
of his lot (approximately 990 ft.) and a culvert under this road.
When the members of the Commission inspected the site, they noted
that there were also wetlands on either side of the gravel road
before the stream with a little standing water and wetland plants.

Walter Millette (12 homes, ncluding 4' ( street) on lm
Street, which includes'part'of the old Soarpellifi property and
is adjacent to the Ash property.`It-should.be noted that the Ash
property may in the future be used for a public water supply.
There is an existing pond on the front lot which has no inlet
or outlet and was used for. -the watering of gladioluses (approxi-
mately 40 by 50). Mr. Maloon plans on leaving this pond intact and
landscaping around it. The pit, on the old Scarpellini pproperty

with stone around and piping which would interconnect draining
to a low point into the pit. The pit would hold a 106 year storm

no outlet. Mr. Maloon stated he believes there are no wetlands
nor wetland plants on the site. The Conservation Commission
