drainage system on Essex and Ware Streets. Because of the
use of a 21 -inch drainage pipe, Commissioners raised the
concern if this system will eventually be used for the
drainage of all of Essex and Ware Streets and not just the
drainage of the proposed Wedgewood Estates subdivision.
Commissioner Bonvie felt that if this system was used for
other than the subdivision, it would be important to have
a retention area constructed. Commissioners agreed to
send a memo to Town Engineer Joseph Zeneski requesting the
.reason for the 21 -inch drainage pipe, and what plans for
this area in the future.
MOTION: To send a memo to Joseph Zeneski asking for
an explanation for the 21 -inch pipe and why
the developer is regrading Essex and Ware
Streets. VOTED
