Present: Uolin Uauldwell, Jeff Ptaschnik, Nancy Breef-Pilz,
Linda Lipson, Dinah Amsden, vivian Sweet.
Uolln called the meeting to order at 8:10 A.M..
Secretaries Report was read and accepted.
Treasurers Report was read and accepted.
Uorrespendence: A $50.00 check was received from iiertna Hint.
This was given in memory of her two aunts,
Alice Flint and Clara Flint.
Colin will report to the Selectmen at their
June 5, 1991 meeting (Town Hall 8:30 P.M.)
He encouraged all to attend if at all possible.
Building Committee: The Handicap & Emergency egresses were
discussed.
Lilorary Planning Process: Dinah will begin theltm Survey Forms.
These will be due in the Fall.
The Survey, compiled from ALA/Dinah/
Foxboro Librarian,will be color coded
&, distributed to the public.
It was suggested that it might be easier
for people to follow if a question did
not split at the bottom of a page and
that a misspelling in ##13 be corrected.
Town Labor Union: Nothing to discuss.
Alarm System: Dinah & Gale met with the architect, Wilson Rains
(71 High St. Newton, Ma. 02164). Bids will be
advertised in the Mansfield News etc.,June 21 bids
will be back and opened.
Checking and Trust Acct.
Town Accountants Concerns: Linda will call & check fees for $100,000
bonding while Dinah will check to see
if the Council on Aging Tress.is bonded.
Budget Cuts/Town Meeting: Several Town Meetings maybe held to cut
local budgets.

Gifts: Linda Lipson gave money for the purchase of a about Helicepters„ll
Old Business: We paid $65.00 to have the piano tuned and the
Council on Aging will pay for the next tuning.
Conservation Fair: The Friends of the Library table sold all but
a handful of books. Colin's Gardening Display
was extremely popular.
Librarians Job Review: At 10:50 A.M. Dinah left while the Trustees
filled out her evaluation form. Vivian Sweet left at 10:30 A.M.-
Dinah was given her evaluation and will respond at the June 22,1991
meeting.
Librarians Report: Dinah reported that ABLE crashed several times
therefore she had nothing to report.
