public, e.g., financial aid software.
Old Business - Jim is moving ahead with the CD -Rom Tower.
The Board indicated its pleasure to donate the Baybank mural for the new town hall at
Park Row school. Jim will send a letter to the Selectmen.
`96 Budget Update - Because of increasing library needs, only a few items could be cut
from the budget.
New Business - The library brochure was accepted with the indication that the names of
the members of the Library Board of Trustess and the 3 library administrators be added.
It was determined that no action needed to be taken on a request for use of the meeting
room. Further discussion may be pursued with the Council on Aging.
The MEG account was `rearranged' at town hall and the library has less money than
originally thought.
Old newspapers from the attic can be bound and recycled.
A new -terminal will be added to the check-out counter.
The library did great on the Town survey.
Leslie's goals and objectives were updated.
As they are difficult to find in the library, new videos will be kept on display.
Old CD-Roms that the library no longer uses will be auctioned off at the Friends' Book
Sale through a silent auction.
It was moved by Vivian, seconded by Linda, that any lost book, if later found, can be
returned to the Library up to one year for a refund, after the date it was paid for. All in
favor.
