H,gae inS called to order at 7:30 PM.
Debbie Button will hold the required Hatch Act hEaring for
Karl Clemmey for a driveway off West Street. Plan was
reviewed by us.
Ralph Maloon will be contacted by Debbie Button in relation
to a plan of Robert Rizzo to construct a railroad tie
retaining wall along Black Pond. on West Street for elevation
of apillway.
Discussion was held, on our Budget for 1974.
Letter was received from Board of Health regarding new proposed
site for sanitary landfill.
Debbie Button advised Commission she had been contacted by
Joseph Coelho of Wading River Protection Association regarding
a possible Hatch Act violation by Norman Gray of Transit Seeding
along the Norton Reservoir. She advised. the commission they feel
he has filled 50 feet into reservoir.
Debbie Button advised that Mrs. Mary Flynn had. contacted her
regarding trucks dumping stumps in the area of Morrow Street.
Debbie Button contacted Town Planner who said he would check
into the matter ofor the Commission.
Debbie Button advised that Selectmen have requested we beautify
a section on Central Street. Work will be done sometime this
week.
Paul Boyden will acquire tax title list.
Town Manager Dennis Hannon met briefly with us to discuss
restoration of Fulton Pond. He advised no bond had been re-
ceived.from Hatheway Const. Commission asked that definite re-
sponse from Hatheway be received by Nov. 6 or somoone else
be given the job.
