Meeting Called to order at 7:30 PM.

Representatives of Milhus Inc. and engineer Ralph Maloon met
with us to discuss a proposed subdivision in West Mansfield.
Discussion was held. on a strip along Wading River. Also on
Hatch Act. Strip along river could possibly be turned over
to us. 1.61 lots 165 acres 50 feet from river.
Charles Meszoley announced he had received two estimates
for appraisal of Stanley York land. Don Landry & Assoc $400.
and William E. Coyle Jr. $350. We will have Coyle do the
appraisal.
Discussion was held on subdivision plan for Green Acreds on
Franklin and. Maple Street. Bob Jones, Debbie Button and
Engineer Ralph Maloon have walked the area. Because of large
amount of swamp viewed by them they feel. this subdivision
will require a Hatch Act hearing.
Inventory of all equipment will be made by Debbie Button
and give to Town Manager.
Letter has been sent by Debbie Button to Karl Clemmey advising
he is violating the Hatch Act on his land off West Street.
Debbie Button advised the Commission of a meeting on Oct. 4, 1973
with the Capital Improvement Committee.
