Present: Chairman Bob Jones, Debbie Button Paul Boyden
Wlanter Nelson, Charles Meszpley and Stuart Sweet.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 Pm.
This was a closed meeting. Mr. Robert Rizzo developer met with
us to dthscuss a housing development by him off Otis Street.
It is now zoned industrial and he is going to try to have it
z.o:ed residential. He asked us to support the article.
Tae is ,willing to give us a fn 50 foot buffer strip along
Sweets Pond and any rights he may have to the pond..
'notion by Paul- Boyden secondec by Debbie Button that the plan
presented by Tyr. Rizzon for a proposed development off of
Otis Street next to Sweet's Pond be accepted, as it is with a
letter from him in writing, all in favor.
Discussion was held on Hatch Act Hearings.
Magna Vista II Motion by Bob Jones seconded by Debbie Button
onsheet two of tow that lots 26, 27, 29 30 surrounding the
we land should not be filled within the 1y.6 elevation. The outlet
from above the wet land area; bottom of pipe 145.5 elevation.
That we allow the relocation of the outlet described in the plan.
We recommend that lots 18, 19 should not be filled blow the 150
elevation. Lot 20m should not be filled below 148 elevation, all
in favor.
We -will ask Stanley York for the right to trespass for purpose
of appraisal.
Motion by Bob Jones that if we can take funds from the Capital
Improvement land fund. to be used. for appraisal for Yorks land
is possible, seconded by Stuart Tlweet, all in favor.
