Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM.
Minutes were read from the Meeting of March 27, 1973• Motion by Pete
Mason seconded by Stuary Wweet to accept the minutes as read all in
favor.
We meet with Mr. Carlson, Mr. Ronald. Bonvi.e and their attorney Mr. Barret i
to discuss their lots one and lthirteen located on Ware Street.
Discussion was held on lot thiret-een and distance to the swamp from
the proposed house. They asked for lus to waive the Hactch Act for
these two lots. Commission advised the.Vi they would view the land
on Ppril 15 at 10:00Am and have a decision in two weeks.
At 9:00 we .met with Ryan and Elliot and Opens Illinois and the Board
of Selectment to discuss their proposed plant.
