The meeting was called to order at 7:55 PM.
Motion by Charles Pleszol.ey seconded by Pete Mason to approve
Cabot, ,Cabot, 'and Forbes elan for 'Batch Act Bearing as submitted,
all in favor.
We will meet with the Finance Committee January 30 at '8:30 PM
I o discuss our request for .transfer of $5,000. Attorney James Kell.
representing Stanley York will attend with us. The deed is prepare
esccopt;ror the conservation restriction. We also have received
an. opinion from Town Counsel as requested by the Finance Committee."

DebbieButton asked that Pete Mason act as our liason forthe
restoration of Fulton Pond and to handle all publicity for <th
project.
Letter was received from Town Counsel advising that we should
the required 'Hatch. Act Hearing on 'Transit Seeding. Letter wi
sent to him.
Letter will be sent to Leon Grant advising him that even thou
he
is 'exempt from
the
hatch. Act
