moved.that the minutes be approved as mead. Seconded by
Charles Meszoely, all in Oavoro
Miss Karen BAnson met with the Commission to discuss
her proposal to clean out a small pond on her property
at 1077 East Street. This was discussed, and the Commis
sign -said that this would be taken under advisement and
that Miss Manson Mould be notified by letter of the action.
There was a 5 minute recess, and then the Wetland Protection
Act;Naring was held on the State D.PW's notice of intent -to
do work in connection with the safety project on Route 95,
File /211-20 was.assigned to this, hearing, and a transcript
will be on file. The hearing was closed at 8:35 p.m�
Commission members discussed the upcoming Conservation Fair.
Motion to adjourn at 050 p.m. by caul Boyden. Seconded by
David Devnew, all in favor.
