Minutes of the Meeting
June 10,1975
Present: Paul Boyden, Stuart Sweet, Jane Sheehan, Charles
Meszoely, Dave Devnew+ Pred Rye
Meeting opened at 7:45 p.m.
Motion to accept minutes of May 27 by C. Meszoely. Seconded
by D. Devnew, all in favor.
J. Sheehan reported on the May 30 Conservation Fair, and the
Commission discussed setting up a subcommittee to plan for
next year's fair.
Notice from the Bov;rd of Selectmen was read rega rding the
Bimonthly meeting of chairmen of Boards and Committees on
June 25 at 8 p.m,
Petition for the special town meeting -was discussed. C. Mes-
zoely moved that a letter be written to the Town Mana ger and
Selectmen stating the Commission's dissatisfaction of the re-
consideration of conservation articles. Seconded by J. Sheehan,
voted all in fatiV,
D. Devnew discussed thd- sign at the Conservation land off Ware
Street crediting the site development to Boy Scout Troon 17.
Letters of thanks will be sent to the Boy Scout Troop (with a
copy to Allen Willis), the Big -4 for contribution of materials,
and the Light Dept, for helping to set the poles.
Letter from Mrs. Margot Jellinek regarding File #211-6 - copy
attached. P. Boyden moved that a letter be seat to Buildf-ng
Inspector asking him to investigate and report back in writing
on the situation. C. Meszoely seconded, all in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 9 P.M.

has reviewed your notice of intent and plans describing the proposed actio-
ity•and its effect on the.environment., The said Commission has
determined the following conditions are necessary to protect the public!a
ro; environmental interest, and all work must be performed in strict compliance
therewith. -
