Meszoely of the Commission that he has been appointed special
constable to conservation land. >
Doris Webb discussed setting up a policy of notifying neigh-
bors of projects under the wetla nds act that might affect them.
Paul Boyden said that the statutory requirements are met by
placing the hearing notice in the newspaper as a notice to the
public, and that it would get too involved sending notices bo
all the neighbors, and someone might be missed, so the newspaper
notice, as required by law, was the best way.
It was noted that Commission members had viewed the Franey,pro-
perty on West Street, and the lots he previously mentions to
the Commission would not come under the Wetlands Act, although
some others might.
Next meeting is July 6.
Stuart Sweet moved to adjourn at 9:20 p.m. Seconded by David
Devnew, voted all in favor.
