Boyden and asked him to explain Peter Plvvrst'a request for the Town to restore his dams on Cabot Pond. Mir. Boyden told Mr. Met.ropoulos that it is the moral obligation of the Town to consider some retention device so as to possibly satisfy the water rights presently owned by Mr. Provost. However, it is obvious that the water level (elevation) could; probably never by restored to its original height, proporting to be 128 ft. Hence, something in the order of 122-124 ft. would seem to be a. ;very reasonable elevation. Also we do not know whether this elevation would satisfy Mr. Provost's requirements, but we do know that 122 or around 124, not to exceed 124, would not cause any water problems to abuttors. At 8;00 p.m. Marydee Flynn, Great Woods Study Committee, reported that they will have $41,750 returned to the Town from Self -Help for the purchase of 'Taylor'e-Hill.
