NEW BUSINESS Joan informed the committee that the Upson's Property which is located off of East Street in Foxborough along the Canoe River is due to be developed. The only access to this property is along the river. In 1988, a proposal to subdivide this property by building a road along the river bank was denied by the Foxborough Conservation Commission and Planning Board. CRAAC at that time provided comments on the plans. [The Legislative Act forming CRAAC gives us; the authority to review and comment on subdivision plans within the Canoe River Aquifer]. A motion was made, seconded and approved to send a letter to the Foxborough Planning Board requesting that CRAAC be included on the list of boards receiving copies of preliminary and definitive subdivision plans for review at the time the plans are submitted.
