1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian
Dana St. James
Andrew Bank
Nancy Hinote (Non-voting)
3. Meeting with Board of Selectmen.
4. Sign weekly motor vehicle abatements and 2011, 2010 motor vehicle warrants as
requested by tax collector.
5. Abate Map 28, Parcel 152 as part of Lot 143 gifted to the Town of Mansfield at the
annual town meeting 2017 per Town Engineer & attached plan.
6. Approve the minutes of July 26, 2017.
7. Next meeting scheduled for September 27, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
