A meeting of the Mansfield Cable Advisory Committee was held on
Thursday, July 1, 1991 at 7:28 pm in the Mansfield Town Hall.
Members present at the start of the meeting:
Mr. Mohan Prasad
Mr. Jay Goldman
Mrs. Vicki Prasad
Mr. Douglas Ronald
Mr. Robert Scott Button
The meeting was called to order at 7:28 pm.
At 7:33 Bruce Glazer joined the meeting.
A motion was made by Douglas to approve the minutes of the May 1
meeting.
The motion was seconded by Vicki; motion passed 6-0-0.
A motion was made by Scott to approve the minutes of the May 27
meeting.
The motion was seconded by Bruce; motion passed 6-0-0.
At this time the committee worked on the request for,proposals.

A motion was made by Scott to send the RFP out o non -cable
related consultants, and to 3 cable oriented consultants.
The motion was seconded by Qruce; motion passed 5-0-1 with Mo
abstaining.
The committee agreed to send the RFP to Attorney Mulcahy for
approval at which time Douglas will send them out.
A motion to adjourn was made by Vicki at 9:01 and passed on a roll
call vote 6-0-0.
