TOWN OF MANSFIELD
MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
August 15, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 PH.
Members present were:
Mo Prasad, Doug Ronald, Jay Goldman,
Joe Pasquale, Vicki Prasad, Scott Button, Jack O'Neill
Mr. Steve Grossman (CVI) was present as an observer.
The Committee discussed the proposals of the five vendors who had responded
to the RFP for a local programming survey. Members attempted to rate the
responses by presenting points of strength or weakness in each.
It was decided to invite all five respondents to make presentations to the
Committee. No payment would be made for presentations. Chairman to work out
order of presentation with respondents. Scheduled for Saturday, September 14,
starting at 9 AM. 30 minute presentation and a 15 minute Q & A period.
Mr. Grossman suggested that Committee shouldbe careful about conflict of
interest from respondents and that some resumes were incomplete.
Motion to go into Executive session for discussing strategy (Joe Pasquale / Doug
Ronald). Passed 7-0-0.
A recess was declared, after which Committee went into Executive session.
Committee reconvened to adjourn.
Motion to adjourn ( Vicki Prasad / Scott Button ) at 10:20 PM. Passed
unanimously.
