TOWN OF. MANSFIELD--
MINUTES
ANSFIELD.., MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
January 4, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M. at the Jordan/Jackson school.
Members present were:
Mo Prasad, Doug Ronald, Bruce Glazer '
Scott Button, Joe Pasquale, Jay Goldman
Also present were: Howard Horton (Special Counsel)
Ken Spigle (CVI Counsel)
Mr. Grossman
Mr. Testa
Mr. Rafferty
A visitor, Richard Lantz of Mansfield, was also present..
Mr. Horton gave outline of present status.
After a brief break at 7:35 P.M., Mr. Lantz informed the Committee (and CVI)
of his dissatisfaction with rates and multiple -TV charge; policies. ;
Discussion/presentation of CVI position on capital and operating expense issues.
Motion: To adjourn at 10:05 P.M. (Pasquale/Button)
