TOWN OF MANSFIELD
MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
February 6, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 9:45 A.M.
Members present were:
Mo Prasad, Doug Ronald, Bruce Glazer, Vicki Prasad
Scott Button, Joe Pasquale, Jay Goldman
Also present were: Howard Horton (Special Counsel)
Mr. Hanlon (Wrentham Cable Access)
The purpose of. the meeting was to review the Committee response to the CVI
letter of January 29, 1993. Individual responses from Committee members '.had
been earlier compiled by Mo Prasad and Doug Ronald.
Approximately 12 items in the Spigle letter seemed to meet approval without
further discussion. Rest of the items to be discussed in the negotiation session
immediately following the meeting.
Motion to adjourn (Pasquale/Button) at 11:15 A.M. Passed unanimously.

A negotiation session was held from 11:15 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. For Mansfield, all
Committee members were present together with Counsel Horton; Mr. Horton left
at 5:30 P.M. CVI was represented Mr.Grossman, Mr. Testa and Mr. Spigle.
Tentative agreement was reached on issues in the CVI January 29, 1993 letter.
Mr. Horton and Mr. Spigle to follow through.
