The meeting began with Colin Cauldwell speaking on behalf
of the Friends of the 'Mansfield Public Library (application #08003)
Libr=ry wishes to bring arts performers for the children several
times per year. Lottery money will allow them more versatility
in their persentations.
The next speaker was Ms. Anne Kaufman from the UnCommon
Theatre Company speaking on their application ,08009. They
are produce children's theatre productions. This year it will
be a musical "Really Rosie". 911 performers are children and
several public performances are available.
Next on the agenda was the election of officers for the
next year. Kathy Fasoli will be Chairman and Joyce Gallant
will be clerk.
Re -approval was voted for the Concerts on the Common,
the UnCommon Theatre Company, T.E.A.C. and C.F.F.-Festival at
Great ':roods. All were reminded to submit receipts.
Also re -.approved was the F.A.S.S. monies for the Nutcracker
Suite which was attended by the 3rdgraders in town. A grant
of 1''250.00 was used for busing-. �,_gain_copies of receipts a. must.
