Terms of three Members will expire after Fall 1990 funding. period.
They are Kathy Fasoli, Judy Ammidown and Carol Baldwin. Joyce
Gallant, secretary. will be moving out-of-state and has resigned
effective May 1, 1990. This will leave only 3 members,
Our council must maintain a minumum of 5 members to receive funding.
Efforts must be made to recruit new ^!embers. Suggested that ads/
articles requesting applicants be placed in local newspapers,
Voted. to contribute -t10.00 to the locatl Arts Lottery Executive
Board budget.
Administrative funds availabel: $173.00.
Reconsideration meeting set for April 23, 1990, Town Hall, 7 p.m.
