MINUTES
The meeting was opened by Suzanne Shaver at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: Chairperson Suzanne Shaver, Joan Fabian,Dawn
Martin, Marilyn Healey, and Carole Duclos.
Members absent: Jacqueline Babcock, Margo Lemieux, Shawna Leary.
Major points discussed:
I. Opening Comments
A. Future meeting time - March 14, 1994 to discuss
Community Input Meeting.
B. Minutes of last meeting were passed out.
C. Minutes/Report - will be sent to Town Hall.
II. Membership
A. Terms - current members terms are for 2 years, all other
members will be for 3 years.
B. Recruiting - not really needed at this time.
C. Initiation date
D. Town conflict of interest policy - members cannot be on
another board.
III. Criteria Review
A. State requirements
B. Local criteria
C. Local priorities
D. Local policies
IV. Creating an Information Sheet
A. Include criteria, priorities, policies.
B. Questions to applicant
C. Applicant instructions
V. Community Input Meeting
A. Information Sheet/Cover Sheet
B. Topics - to be discussed at next meeting.
C. Location & Time - to be discussed at next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
