Members present: Suzanne Shaver, Carole Duclos, Joan Fabian, Margo Lemieux,
Andrea Micheli, June Cauldwell, Linda Gordon, Dawn Martin and
Marilyn Healey.
Presentation of applicants attending - no presentations.
II. Nutcracker Issue
A. Event was substituted
B. Letter will be sent requesting notification of reimbursement.
III. Review terms of office for members.
IV. Review Conflict of Interest Criteria
A. If member on board of organization
B. Related to applicant
C. Employee or fellow employee
V. Review & Vote on Current Applications - (see attached)
A. Total of grant requests - $20,361.00
B. Total of 1997 allocation - $6,098.00
VI. Community In -Put Meeting Minutes handed out.
VII. Applicant Reconsideration
A. Meeting set for November 18, 1996, if needed.
B. Unfunded applicants may request reconsideration within 14 days.
C. Grounds for reconsideration:
1. Failure to consider significant information.
2. Treatment substantially different from other organizations.
3. Failure to award grants in conformity with state and local
requirements.
