Duclos, Dawn Martin, Joan Fabian and Marilyn Healey.

II. Presentations of Applicants Attending Meeting.
A. Annette Shaw - "Freedom Train", Qualters Middle School
B. Georgette Cody - Scholarship Showcase, MMAS
C. Julia Einstein - Student Art Exhibit, P.O. Box Art
D. Linda Swallow - Living History, Qualters Middle School
III. Applications
A. Voted to limit 3 applications per applicant.
B. Notification of funding will be within a week if totally unfunded.
C. Otherwise notification will be within a month.
IV. Review of Conflict of Interest Criteria
A. If member on board of organization
B. Related to applicant
C. Fellow employee
V. Review and Vote on Current Applications. (see attached)
VI. Review Mansfield Choral Society Reimbursement Form
VII. Grounds for Reconsideration for Unfunded Applicants
A. Must be requested within 14 days
B. Failure to consider significant information
C. Treatment substantially different from other organizations
D. Failure to award grants in conformity with state and local
requirements.
VIII. Review Terms of Office for Members
